Quality
First Metals and Plastics will satisfy our customers’ inspection requirements and ensure that all expectations are met. Our process is to perform inspections for part conformity based on print dimensions, tolerances, and other specifications. Upon customer request, we can provide PPAP’s, F.A.I. Reports, Layouts, Certificates of Conformance, Material Certifications, and more. We maintain a digital record of every order to ensure all pertinent documents, certifications, materials, and components used can be referenced or recalled. We understand the variety of quality standards that can affect product costs, and we are well versed in the use of proprietary quality standards provided by customers. Going Green
We don’t waste an opportunity to recycle. Here at FMP, we recycle all unused steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, titanium, tungsten, and tungsten carbide. We recycle all paper, plastic bottles, and aluminum cans, as well as reconstitute scrap plastics in our injection molding department for re-use in new parts.
Our entire 46,000 square foot facility is lit with energy saving LED light fixtures including the shop floor and all offices. All PC workstations and servers are 80 Plus Gold Certified power efficient or better.
